At Divain®, we want you to be completely satisfied with your new fragrance experience. If your scent isn't the perfect match, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery provided the product remains in its original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place the fragrance in its original packaging, ensuring the protective seal is intact and the bottle is well-protected for transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal, then drop off the package at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
